Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of Rozmovio (“the Service”), a customer messaging inbox operated by KL Systems, ФОП Сластін Костянтин Віталійович (Україна). By creating an account you agree to them.

What the Service does

Rozmovio collects messages from the channels a business connects — Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, email and a website chat — into one inbox, and sends replies back through the same channels. It also connects to CRM systems so a conversation can be linked to a customer record.

Accounts

An account belongs to a business, not to a person. The business is responsible for who it invites and for what those people do. Sign-in credentials must not be shared. Tell us at once if you believe an account has been accessed by someone else.

Subscriptions and payment

• The Service is sold as a subscription, billed monthly or yearly in advance. The price and the plan are shown before payment and in the account settings.
• Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record. Paddle handles the payment, applies any sales tax or VAT required in your country, and issues the receipt.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
• If a payment fails, we keep the account working while Paddle retries. If it still fails, the account is suspended, and its data is kept for 30 days so nothing is lost by a late card.
• Prices may change. A change never applies to a period already paid for, and we announce it at least 30 days before it takes effect.
• Bank transfer. A business may pay by invoice instead of a card. An invoice is issued from the account and is due within 3 days. If the money has not arrived by then, we ask for proof of payment; without it, access is suspended until the payment is confirmed. Access resumes as soon as the money or the proof arrives, and nothing is deleted meanwhile.

Acceptable use

The Service must not be used to send unsolicited bulk messages, to impersonate another business or person, or in any way that breaks the rules of the messaging platforms it connects to. Those platforms may block a channel for such use, and we cannot restore it. We may suspend an account that puts our other customers at risk.

Your data

Conversations and customer records belong to the business that created them. We process them only to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You may export or request deletion of your data at any time.

Availability

We aim to keep the Service running at all times, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation. Messaging platforms and CRM systems we connect to are outside our control, and their outages or policy changes may interrupt part of the Service.

Liability

The Service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profit or for messages delayed or lost by a third-party platform.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate an account that breaks these terms, with notice where circumstances allow. On termination, data is deleted within 30 days.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot be limited by agreement in your country of residence.

Умови користування

Rozmovio — сервіс для роботи з повідомленнями клієнтів, який надає KL Systems, ФОП Сластін Костянтин Віталійович (Україна). Сервіс продається підпискою з оплатою наперед; платежі проводить Paddle як продавець запису, він же нараховує податки вашої країни та видає чек. Підписка продовжується автоматично, скасувати її можна будь-коли — доступ триває до кінця вже оплаченого періоду. Листування й картки клієнтів належать компанії, яка їх створила. Сервісом не можна розсилати непрохані повідомлення й видавати себе за іншу компанію.

Оплата за рахунком. Компанія може платити не карткою, а за рахунком: рахунок виставляється з кабінету і дійсний 3 дні. Якщо кошти за цей час не надійдуть, ми попросимо квитанцію про оплату; без неї доступ до кабінету призупиняється до з'ясування. Доступ повертається одразу, щойно надійдуть гроші або квитанція, дані при цьому не видаляються. Питання: support@rozmovio.com.
