Rozmovio (“we”) is a customer messaging inbox operated by KL Systems, ФОП Сластін Костянтин Віталійович (Україна). Businesses (“customers”) connect their WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, Viber and website chat accounts to Rozmovio so their staff can answer messages from one place, including inside Zoho CRM.
Solely to display conversations to the business that owns the connected account and to deliver its replies. We do not sell data, do not use it for advertising and do not share it with third parties, except infrastructure providers that host the service (Railway Corporation, which processes the data in the Netherlands and the United States) and deliver sign-in emails (Resend).
Data received through Facebook Login, the Messenger and Instagram APIs and the WhatsApp Business Platform is used only to provide the inbox features the business has enabled, in line with the Meta Platform Terms. Each business can disconnect a page, an Instagram account or a WhatsApp number at any time in Rozmovio settings, or in Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations.
Data is kept while the business uses Rozmovio. When a business disconnects a channel or closes its account, related data is deleted within 30 days. See Data deletion.
We have never disclosed personal data to a government authority in response to a national security request, and we do not do so voluntarily. If such a request reaches us, we: check that it is lawful and binding on us before acting on it; refuse or challenge it where we consider it unlawful; disclose only the minimum data the request actually compels, never a whole account or mailbox; and record the request, our response and its legal basis.

Ми не продаємо дані й не використовуємо їх для реклами. Токени доступу зберігаються зашифрованими. Сервіс розміщено в Railway Corporation (Нідерланди та США). Ми не передавали персональних даних на запити державних органів щодо національної безпеки і не робимо цього добровільно: такий запит ми спершу перевіряємо на законність, оскаржуємо, якщо вважаємо незаконним, розкриваємо лише той мінімум, якого він вимагає, і ведемо облік таких запитів.
